About the role
We’re on the hunt for a Customer Success Consultant who’s ready to take ownership of key customer relationships. You’ll be more than just a support system - you’ll be a strategic partner, ensuring our customers not only get value but continue to grow with us. With 1-3 years of experience under your belt, ideally in customer success or account management, you’re no stranger to keeping customers engaged, driving growth, and ensuring they renew with confidence.

· Jumped on a call with a major customer to dive into their latest survey results, helping them extract impactful insights and find new ways to improve.
· Identified an opportunity to upsell additional features to a customer, increasing their engagement and boosting their subscription value.
· Led a strategy session with internal teams to brainstorm solutions for a customer pain point, turning feedback into an actionable product enhancement.
· Shared a data-driven recommendation that helped a customer refine their approach to consumer insights, leaving them more inspired (and satisfied) than ever.

You’ve got that tech-savvy sparkle: New platforms don’t scare you. You’re quick to pick up software and excited to stay on the pulse of new technologies. Experience with SaaS? Even better!
You’re data-obsessed: You’re fascinated by insights and analytics, and you use data to shape strategies that get results. Market research experience is a huge plus.
You can talk the talk and write the write: Clear, concise, and engaging communication is your superpower, whether it’s over a call, in an email, or during a presentation.
You’re a problem solver extraordinaire: Challenges? Bring them on. You’re a solution-seeker who’s creative, positive, and motivated to overcome obstacles.
