About the Role

We are on the hunt for an experienced communications expert with experience in supporting change and integration.  

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead, develop and implement communications and change strategies to support Bapcor’s simplification and integration goals
  •  Help build awareness and create engagement with key business and major projects
  • Develop clear, compelling communication strategies and material for company-wide and targeted segment messages
  • Oversee and edit content to ensure professional, accurate standards consistent with Bapcor’s communication strategy
  • Bring new ideas – help bring innovation to Bapcor’s communication channels
  • Support a range of change initiatives being implemented into the business
  • Measure and monitor the various elements of the change initiative
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to design, senior leaders and frontline team members
  • Support external communications as required

About you   

You are tertiary qualified in Communications or a related field with a proven track record in a communications role. Your stakeholder engagement skills are first class, and you are comfortable working to deadlines and managing competing priorities. 

You delight in taking complex information and making it clear, simple content and thrive on supporting change. You love to collaborate as part of a great comms team, have an eye for detail and bring flexibility and a can-do attitude to every situation.
