As part of our growth, we now have an opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our team in Melbourne.

About the opportunity

Partnering with the asset team you will be responsible for delivering performance management reporting, operational financial planning investment and investment management analysis.

 

You will play a pivotal role in the team by providing financial planning and performance management for the Property portfolio.  

 

You will also

 

·       Design and produce management reporting, including quarterly lease tracking, fund dashboards, market trend analysis and property board reporting.

·       Own the performance management agenda for the Property division including property income, expense management and capital allocation, as well as asset to fund level cash flow forecasting.

·       Design and deliver analysis that enables commercial decision making including the annual portfolio budget, lease deal analysis, repositioning capital analysis, preparation of Forbury modelling and research outputs.

·       Lead within your team providing guidance, support, and mentorship to other Analysts.

 

 

About you

 

You bring a degree qualification within business, finance, property or related with demonstrated experience in real estate markets, valuations, and financial modelling.

 

You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in financial modelling with exposure to investment analysis techniques, and industry best practices. Ideally you have worked with visualization software or Forbury and MRI modelling software. 

 

Experience in commercial real estate, preferably within AREIT, funds management, consulting, research, or valuations. You can synthesise information and analysis to present analysis and information in a compelling and influential way.

 

Finaly, you have excellent communication skills as well at attention to detail, you thrive on managing multiple projects at a time and you have no qualms working to pace. You enjoy building and maintaining relationships and you understand the importance of working within a team.
